We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your installation, the following terms apply:
We understand that market conditions can change, and sometimes properties take longer to sell than expected.
To give you added peace of mind, all staging packages include up to 12 weeks of hire at no additional cost.
If your property remains on the market after the initial 12-week period, simply contact our team to discuss an extension. We aim to keep the process flexible and stress-free.
In most cases, an additional six (6) weeks of hire can be arranged for 20% of the original staging fee.
If you intend to move back into the property, you must notify Prestige Staging before occupying the home. We will discuss the available options, which may include:
A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required for any occupancy arrangement. This fee covers the professional cleaning and sanitisation of all furniture and soft furnishings upon collection.
Please note that the $400 deposit does not contribute towards the repair or replacement costs of any damaged, lost, or excessively worn furniture, artwork, accessories, or décor items.
The client is responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any staging items that are damaged, stained, lost, or otherwise affected during the occupancy period.
Congrats first of all, you need to notify us as soon as you and allow at least 7 days for removal of furniture.
